Strength for Fat Loss

8 weeks · Two full-body strength sessions, comfortable walking and recovery days.

  • Weeks 1–2: Establish movement comfort and a repeatable schedule.
  • Weeks 3–4: Review technique before adding repetitions or load.
  • Weeks 5–6: Progress one variable at a time with Coach Ken.
  • Weeks 7–8: Review strength, consistency and recovery; agree on the next block.

Lean Mass Preservation

8 weeks · Keep strength practice consistent while reviewing fatigue and recovery.

  • Weeks 1–2: Record comfortable working loads.
  • Weeks 3–4: Keep technique and effort consistent.
  • Weeks 5–6: Adjust workload with your coach if recovery declines.
  • Weeks 7–8: Compare strength and energy, then set the next block.

Low-Impact Conditioning

6 weeks · Walking or supported cardio with scalable duration and an easy start and finish.

  • Weeks 1–2: Find a comfortable mode and duration.
  • Weeks 3–4: Add a little time only when recovery is comfortable.
  • Weeks 5–6: Review consistency before adding intensity.

Cardio + Steps Base

6 weeks · Track your own movement baseline and build short walks into your day.

  • Weeks 1–2: Observe your usual movement without chasing a universal step target.
  • Weeks 3–4: Choose a repeatable walking break.
  • Weeks 5–6: Review weekly patterns and adapt around your schedule.

Mobility & Recovery

4 weeks · Easy movement, comfortable mobility and regular recovery check-ins.

  • Week 1: Identify movements that feel comfortable.
  • Week 2: Pair an easy walk with a brief mobility routine.
  • Week 3: Review sleep, energy and soreness with your coach.
  • Week 4: Keep the habits that you can repeat.

Fuel + Habits

6 weeks · Meal structure, recipe portions, water logging and a weekly conversation about habits.

  • Weeks 1–2: Log normal meals and identify a useful meal-preparation habit.
  • Weeks 3–4: Try recipe options and review portions with your coach.
  • Weeks 5–6: Review energy, hunger and consistency; change targets only through the existing approval process.

General adult activity guidance: CDC movement and strength guidance. Build gradually from your current ability. Your progress can include consistency, energy and strength as well as optional body measurements.
