Is Ball Players gym access or local training included?
Coach Ken leads Ball Players training and private accountability. Online members train at home or their own gym. In-Person Coaching adds training at an agreed LA, OC or Inland Empire location. In-person location, availability and any facility charges must be agreed before enrollment. Travel to a client location and gym membership are not automatically included.
How is nutrition support scoped?
Meal planning, macro and micronutrient education, habits, body-composition goals, and accountability are general wellness support. They are not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or condition-specific dieting.
