Service scope
Ball Players provides adult fitness and general-wellness education through the portal and Coach Ken support included in the selected plan. Online workouts take place at home or an independently chosen gym. In-Person Coaching includes scheduled sessions at an agreed location in Los Angeles, Orange County or the Inland Empire; location and arrangements are confirmed before payment. Gym membership and travel are not automatically included.
Not medical care
Ball Players Fitness provides general fitness, nutrition, and educational information. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care.
Consult a professional
Consult an appropriate licensed professional before beginning a program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or returning after inactivity. Stop and seek help for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or concerning symptoms.
Nutrition
Nutrition information is educational and does not replace individualized advice from a physician or registered dietitian. Consistent with California Business and Professions Code section 2068, Ball Players Fitness does not represent that general nutrition advice diagnoses, treats, or cures disease and does not provide medical nutrition therapy.
Stop criteria and emergencies
Stop activity and seek appropriate help for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, significant dizziness, new neurologic symptoms, severe or increasing pain, or another concerning symptom. Call emergency services for an emergency; do not use the member portal, email, intake, or coaching message as an emergency channel.
